Everdine's Grilled Cheese Co.

We all know I love cheese. And what's better than a nice classic grilled cheese? How about a grilled cheese sandwich with variations? Everdine's has mastered the art of grilled cheese creations. Located in a small shop in Naperville, IL, I'm here to tell you about my personal experience with this extremely cute and tasty restaurant.

To start, you walk in and the entire room is filled with delicious smells of cheese, original art on the walls, and a very clean atmosphere. You look at the menu and might be overwhelmed by the amount of options you're given - but that's not always a bad thing. After looking at all their options (https://everdines.com/menu/ --> enjoy looking here at all their options), I decided to choose their combo of half a sandwich and a cup of tomato soup. The "Turkey Meltdown" sounded perfect for me. A BLT with cheese?? Sign me up! I also got a pink lemonade to go along with this, the perfect combo in my humble opinion. This meal ran me about $14 with tax.

At first glance, I didn't know if I could finish such a loaded sandwich, or honestly how it would all taste with the tomato soup. To my surprise, everything blended together very nicely. The sandwich and tomato soup also held their own! From the crispy bacon and texas toast, to the lightly seasoned tomato soup - this meal was very enjoyable and I will most definitely be returning this summer. Thank you Everdine's Grilled Cheese Co.
